CNC turning and milling; CNC machine setup and changeovers; tool measurement and offset adjustments; workpiece positioning and zero-point setting; reading technical drawings; precision measurement using calipers, micrometers and dial indicators; dimensional quality control; working with Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, JCK and NC-210 control systems; machining steel, stainless steel, aluminium, bronze and other materials; independent machine operation and production setup.

My education / professional experience / references

Education: Technical college diploma in Radiotechnics and CNC operator training courses.

Professional Experience: Over 2 years of official experience in CNC turning and milling, machine setup and changeovers, tool adjustments, technical drawing interpretation, precision measurement, and quality control. Experienced with Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi and other CNC control systems.
