Technical Skills: CATIA V5/V4, 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX), Siemens NX, SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, CATIA Part Design, Generative Shape Design (GSD), Assembly Design, Composite Design (CPD), DMU, Kinematics, MBD/3D Master and CAD automation using VBA/macros.

Aerospace Expertise: Aircraft structural design, aerostructures, composite components, sheet-metal and machined parts, aircraft systems integration, cabin interior design, electrical installation brackets, design validation, tolerance analysis, GD&T, engineering change management and configuration management.

PLM & Engineering Tools: ENOVIA, VPM, Teamcenter, Windchill PDMLink, Q-Checker, KLE and ANSYS.

Professional Experience: 18+ years of international aerospace and mechanical design experience supporting Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Lufthansa Technik and other engineering programs. Experienced in leading teams of 20–25 engineers, coordinating international projects, managing design deliverables and meeting quality and on-time delivery targets.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering. Airbus CATIA V5 Validation certification and CATIA V5 Airbus Methods training. Experienced in project coordination, technical problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration and onshore–offshore engineering delivery.

Led engineering teams of 20+ members and supported aerospace design programs involving CATIA V5, 3DEXPERIENCE, DMU, composite components, structural design and engineering validation.

Worked on engineering programs and projects associated with Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Lufthansa Technik, NAL and HAL.
