• Windows installation, setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting

• Software and application installation and troubleshooting

• PC hardware maintenance, assembly, RAM and SSD installation/upgrades

• Basic LAN/Wi-Fi networking, router configuration, and IP addressing

• Basic Windows boot-error and BSOD troubleshooting

• Data backup and basic recovery procedures

• Practical NVR/DVR CCTV camera installation

• Basic CCTV system setup and cable connection

• Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
