- 5 years of professional IT experience, including 5 years working in a hospital/healthcare IT environment.
- System Administration: Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, user and system administration.
- Network Administration: TCP/IP, DHCP, VLAN, WLAN, VPN, firewalls, and basic network troubleshooting.
- IT Support: 1st/2nd-level user support, troubleshooting, hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Backup & Security: Backup management, system security, firewalls, VPNs, data protection, and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS, GitHub, Docker, Jenkins, and basic CI/CD concepts.
- Data & Reporting: Python, data analysis, data visualization, report generation, and basic Data Science.
