• Structural simulation and Finite Element Analysis (FEA), including nonlinear FEA and static structural analysis
• Experience with ANSYS Mechanical/Workbench, SolidWorks Simulation, SolidWorks and ANSYS SpaceClaim
• Material modelling and interpretation of stress-strain behaviour for metallic materials
• Simulation–test correlation and experimental validation of structural models
• Experience with 316L stainless steel and Ti-6Al-4V ELI
• Mechanical testing and material characterisation, including ASTM F382 four-point bending and ASTM E8-based tensile testing
• Mechanical design, CAD modelling and structural assessment of components and assemblies
• Topology optimisation and parametric FEM workflows
• Programming and engineering data analysis using Python, MATLAB and C++
• Manufacturing, assembly, quality control and technical documentation experience
• Industrial automation and system integration experience, including AGV systems, SLAM mapping and DAS/RCS
• Strong understanding of structural mechanics, material behaviour and engineering problem solving
• Experience preparing technical reports, SOPs and engineering documentation
• English: C1 | German: A2–B1 and actively improving.
