20+ years of experience in FMCG, Key Account Management, Retail, HoReCa and E-commerce, including 14 years at Heineken Romania in various commercial leadership roles. Extensive experience in team building, interviewing and selecting candidates, onboarding and developing employees, stakeholder management, communication and negotiation. Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with people from different backgrounds. Romanian native speaker, English (B2, improving), currently learning German.
