• Inventory Management Associate- Maintained accountability for international supply chain

operations using SAP ERP , ensuring compliance with audit requirements and procurement

procedures.

• Verify Proof of Delivery (POD), process Purchase Orders (PO), Non-Conformance Reports

(NCR), and Goods Receipt Reports (GRR) from both local and international suppliers.

• Post and update stock movements, including receipts, issues, transfers, and returns, using SAP

T-Codes (MIGO, MB1B, MB52, MB51).

• Perform product substitutions in SAP via VA02 and create delivery notes using VL01N and

VL02N.

• Data Management- Extracted and analyzed procurement datasets using advanced Excel

functions to generate inventory reports for management decision making.

• Create and amend Purchase Requisitions (PR) (ME51N, ME52N) and Purchase Orders (PO)

(ME21N, ME22N) to ensure timely procurement of goods.

• Generate and analyze SAP inventory reports for management review.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and audit requirements for all stock and

procurement transactions.
