* Coordinate and manage events, both online and offline, to engage with the community and promote the company's digital products and services.
* Monitor and respond to community inquiries and feedback across various platforms, ensuring timely and effective communication.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content that resonates with the community and aligns with the company's mission and values.
* Analyze community engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
## Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in community management or similar role within the technology industry.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
