In your role, you will drive effective cross-functional collaboration and provide reliable financial leadership by overseeing reporting, forecasting, compliance, strategic planning, cost initiatives, government grant processes, and lead the Controlling Team.



Your Responsibilities

* Lead and develop the Controlling Team, fostering a positive culture and high-performance mindset

* Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to enable informed business decisions

* Partner closely with Operations, Sales, Purchasing, and other business functions to support business objectives

* Identify opportunities to improve profitability, optimize costs, and enhance overall business performance

* Provide meaningful financial insights and recommendations to support management decision-making

* Support strategic projects through business case evaluations, ROI simulations, and investment analyses

* Oversee OPEX and CAPEX performance while promoting continuous improvement across controlling activities



Your Profile

* Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

* Experience in Operations Controlling, ideally within a manufacturing environment

* Solid leadership experience with the ability to develop, motivate, and inspire teams

* Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management

* Advanced SAP (FI/CO, BW, BPC) knowledge

* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into business insights and recommendations

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* Business-oriented approach with a strong understanding of operational processes

* Strong ownership mentality with a proactive and results-driven approach

* Fluent in German and English
