Electronic Engineering Team Lead (m/f/d)

** Your tasks: **

* Technical and managerial leadership of a team in the field of electronic engineering

* Coordinating electronics projects with management and customers

* Implementing customer specifications as a team

* Leading team meetings

* Capacity planning and schedule tracking for new developments

* Selecting purchased parts and working closely with the purchasing department

* Supporting service and sales

* Working closely with the mechanical design and software development departments

* Maintaining the competency matrix and initiating necessary training measures



**Your profile: **

* Successfully completed vocational training as a technician or master technician (m/f/d) or a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field

* Knowledge of modern automation technology, particularly in working with fieldbus systems and applicable standards

* Proficiency in EPLAN P8

* Solid knowledge of SAP

* Good written and spoken English skills

* Confident and professional demeanor when interacting with internal and external contacts

* Willingness to travel for work, as well as strong teamwork and communication skills

* Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to thinking and working

* Experience in technical and/or disciplinary personnel management

* High level of initiative and enthusiasm for innovative technologies
