The Personal Executive Chauffeur provides safe, discreet, and reliable transportation for senior executives and high‑profile clients. This position combines expert vehicle care with meticulous route planning to ensure punctual, comfortable travel at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Operate executive vehicles with a flawless safety record, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs to keep the vehicle in pristine condition.

• Plan and execute optimal routes using GPS, traffic data, and client preferences, adjusting in real time as needed.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and professional discretion regarding client schedules, conversations, and personal matters.

• Coordinate with personal assistants and security teams to manage pick‑up/drop‑off logistics and special travel requests.

• Prepare the vehicle interior and exterior daily, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

• Document mileage, fuel usage, and service records accurately for reporting and compliance.

Required qualifications

• 7–20 years of professional chauffeur or executive driver experience.

• Proven expertise in vehicle maintenance, including preventive care and basic mechanical troubleshooting.

• Comprehensive knowledge of safety protocols, defensive driving techniques, and emergency procedures.

• Exceptional navigation skills with familiarity of major metropolitan routes and alternative pathways.

• Demonstrated ability to exercise absolute discretion and maintain confidentiality.

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent with a clean driving record.
