About the Role

looking for a Sales Manager to drive B2B sales of EV charging station installation solutions. The initial focus will be North India, with expansion to PAN India.

The candidate will manage the complete sales cycle—from lead conversion and client calls to meetings, negotiations, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

· Work on company-generated leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.

· Make calls, follow-ups, and arrange virtual/face-to-face client meetings.

· Present EV charging solutions and handle client queries and objections.

· Travel to client locations for meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.

· Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and presentations.

· Manage the sales pipeline and consistently follow up until closure.

· Coordinate with internal teams after deal closure.

· Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

· Experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Field Sales / Solution Selling.

· Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

· Comfortable with client-facing meetings and frequent travel.

· Smart, confident, target-oriented, and a quick learner.

· Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

· Comfortable preparing quotations, invoices, and sales proposals.

· Experience in EV, Solar, Automobile, Electrical, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, or Industrial Solutions will be an advantage.
