Your Tasks
-You will work closely with colleagues in Process Engineering based in the USA
-You are responsible for the adaption and optimization of innovative PEM electrolyzers for the US market
-You will review and work on process engineering and explosion protection issues in plant engineering, with a focus on standardization and compliance with US standards
-You are responsible for reviewing risk assessments
-You create and maintain the technical documentation and, in particular, take care of process flow diagrams (P&ID), requirement specifications, data sheets and specifications using relevant standards
-You not only act as the internal contact person for your counterpart in the USA but also work closely with suppliers and external service providers
-You collaborate across teams within the company

Your Profile
-You have a degree in process engineering (plant design); alternatively, in environmental engineering, chemical engineering or a comparable qualification, a previous apprenticeship is desirable
-You have knowledge of US standards (e.g., ANSI, ASME, NEC etc.) in the field of oil, gas and plant construction and are experienced in working with explosion protection in plant construction
-You have several years of experience in plant engineering for process plants or power plants
-You are business-fluent in written and spoken English
-You have sound knowledge of the design of process circuits and are confident in the application of relevant standards and guidelines
-You are very familiar with technical documentation, especially P&IDs
-You work independently, are responsible, have a quick grasp, and enjoy analytical and creative activities

Deine Aufgaben
-Du arbeitest eng mit den in den USA stationierten Kollegen im Bereich Process Engineering zusammen
-Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Optimierung von innovativen PEM-Elektrolyseuren für den US-Markt
-Du prüfst und bearbeitest Themen im Bereich Prozesstechnik und EX-Schutz im Anlagenbau, wobei dein Fokus auf Standardisierung und Konformität zu US-Normen liegt
-Du bist verantwortlich für die Prüfung von Risikobeurteilungen
-Du erstellst und pflegst die technische Dokumentation und kümmerst dich insbesondere um Prozessfließbildern (P&ID), Lastenhefte, Datenblätter sowie um Spezifikationen unter Anwendung relevanter Normen
-Du agierst nicht nur als initaler Ansprechpartner für dein Pendant in den USA, sondern arbeitest auch eng mit Lieferanten und externen Dienstleistern zusammen

Dein Profil
-Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Verfahrenstechnik (Anlagenplanung); alternativ der Umwelttechnik, Chemietechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
-Du besitzt Kenntnis der US-Normen (z.B. ANSI, ASME, NEC usw.) im Bereich Öl, Gas und Anlagenbau, und arbeitest routiniert mit dem EX-Schutz im Anlagenbau
-Du hast eine mehrjährige Erfahrung im Anlagenbau von verfahrenstechnischen Anlagen oder Kraftwerken
-Du kannst fundiertes Wissen in der Auslegung von Prozesskreisläufen vorweisen, und bist in der Anwendung von einschlägigen Normen und Richtlinien sicher
-Du kennst dich mit technischer Dokumentation, insbesondere P&IDs sehr gut aus
-Du arbeitest sehr selbständig, bist verantwortungsbewusst, hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie Freude an analytischen und kreativen Tätigkeiten
