### WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

As a Welding Technician at tozero, you’ll be a vital part of our engineering team, performing welding, fabrication, and repairs on a wide range of metal equipment and fixtures. Under the supervision of the Process Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for welding boilers, pumps, water tanks, and building fixtures to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a hands-on approach, and a passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

### WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

- **Welding & Fabrication**: Perform welding on various metals, including TIG, MIG, and MMA processes, following technical documentation and quality standards.
- **Troubleshooting & Repairs**: Repair a wide range of equipment, from boilers to water tanks, ensuring minimal downtime.
- **Maintenance of Bleachers & Equipment**: Inspect, maintain, and repair still and rolling bleachers and related fixtures.
- **Collaboration with Engineering**: Work closely with the engineering team to ensure process efficiency and smooth integration of welding tasks into plant operations.
- **Safety & Quality Assurance**: Ensure all welding works meet safety protocols and quality standards, addressing any errors or inconsistencies promptly.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Maintain and adjust welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.

### Your profile

**Tech Skills:**

- Proven experience in welding (TIG, MIG, MMA)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of welding equipment and tools
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control skills

**Soft Skills:**

- Proactive and hands-on approach to tasks
