Your Role:

As a working student in R&D Workflow Mapping and Data Contracts, you will assist the Digital ARC team in mapping research and development workflows, generating data contracts, transformation contracts, and establishing a data quality framework. This role offers hands-on experience in data management and workflow optimization within a global, innovation-driven environment. This is a part-time student role (up to 20 hours per week during the semester; up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks).

Key Responsibilities:

- Workflow Mapping:
- Assist in mapping R&D workflows to enhance process efficiency.
- Support the documentation of workflow processes and data flows.
- Contract Generation:
- Help generate data contracts and transformation contracts to ensure compliance and clarity in data usage.
- Collaborate with team members to refine contract templates and frameworks.
- Data Quality Framework:
- Assist in establishing a data quality framework to maintain high standards of data integrity.
- Support the creation of documentation and guidelines related to data quality.

Qualifications:

• Enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's) in Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field at a German university

• Basic understanding of data management concepts and interest in R&D environments
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantage
