**Print Operator (m/w/d)**

Sport Signage is a global company in the event and sports branding industry.

We are expanding our great team! We are seeking for a dedicated Print Operator (m/f/d) for our event operations in motorsport worldwide. **Tasks and Responsibilities:**

As a Print Operator, you will play an important role in our team at various event locations. Your main tasks include:

- Responsible for the setup, operation and maintenance of our on-site printers to produce high-quality printing materials
- Monitoring the ongoing printing process for color accuracy, sharpness and defects
- Preparing print files and coordinate orders with our international partner printhouses (as support to our inhouse printing)
- partly coordinating with our client and our design department (for example to exchange artwork)
- image editing/creating print-ready files in illustrator, then also actual printing (Caldera Software, HP Latex 365 printers)
- Cutting stickers as support tot he installation crew
- exchanging vinyl roles, color checking/matching of our own prints and external orders

- **Collaborating with project managers** to meet specifications
- **Troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues **
- Adhere to industry standard safety practices. Operate all tool and equipment according to specified safety requirements.
- Help unload and store materials and tools; clean and maintain storage areas

**Requirements:**

- adobe illustrator skills and ideally experience with Caldera are required
- **Experience as a media technologist or have comparable technical experience in digital printing **
- Strong technical understanding, a keen eye for color and detail, and proficiency in graphic design software
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently and as part of an international team
- Ability to work under pressure to output high volumne, high quality work
- Willingness to shadow experienced printers to gain practical knowledge and skills
- **Flexibility and willingness to travel for international projects**
- **English skills are required**
