**A Snapshot of Your Day**

In this role, you’ll kick off your day by reviewing non-conformity reports and analyzing data to spot trends for process improvements. You’ll partner with the Quality Manager on a key project to enhance documentation accuracy, directly impacting our ability to meet customer expectations and support Siemens Energy’s mission of delivering reliable energy solutions. **How You’ll Make an Impact**

- Assist with non-conformity reporting, including data analysis and visualization
- Support the Quality Manager in documentation review, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal standards
- Collaborate with quality experts on projects, contributing to process improvements and quality initiative.
- Manage administrative and organizational tasks related to quality management processes
- Participate in team meetings and prepare reports, presentations, and summaries
- Provide ad hoc support to the team in quality management tasks and accountabilities

**What You Bring**

- You are currently enrolled in a master’s degree program in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Interest in renewable energy, quality management, and data-driven decision-making
