### Ihre Aufgaben:

- Distribute incoming support tickets among IT agents and resolve straightforward issues one to two days per week
- Perform laptop wiping and maintain accurate inventory records
- Prepare laptops for new hires on the 1st and 15th of each month, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Assist the workplace team with basic tasks such as monitor and desk installations, and simple wiring
- Provide support for audiovisual events once or twice per week, ensuring technical setups run smoothly
- Offer walk-in support for first-level IT issues during office hours, helping colleagues with everyday technical challenges
- Supply cables, chargers, and small peripherals to colleagues as needed
- Create and maintain detailed tickets to document all activities and ensure accurate tracking of work

### Ihre Qualifikationen:

- Basic technical understanding of IT hardware and workplace setups
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support others
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Prior experience in IT support or workplace services is beneficial but not required
