Decisity is an AI-native strategy consulting platform from Hamburg that turns briefs and documents into board-ready strategy decks. Decisity serves PE and portfolio companies, Mittelstand and corporates, advisory and consulting firms, and C-level teams. You own the sales cycle from first meeting to signed contract.

What you'll do
• Run the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal and closing
• Sell to PE and portfolio companies, Mittelstand and corporates, and advisory firms
• Build relationships with strategy, finance and C-level buyers
• Work with the founder on pricing, proposals and key accounts
• Feed customer insight back into the product team

What you bring
• 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales or a closing role
• Experience selling to C-level, strategy or finance teams
• Understanding of strategy consulting, private equity or corporate development is a plus
• Structured, confident in front of senior buyers
• Fluent German and English
