Backed by more than 60 years of aviation expertise, we deliver a comprehensive range of services, from urgent Next Flight Out (NFO) and Onboard Courier (OBC) solutions to full and part cargo aircraft charters. Our offering is further supported by tailored ancillary services, including direct drive transportation, customs clearance, and specialist handling solutions. Operating 24/7, Air Partner Cargo combines a worldwide network with in-house tracking technology and dedicated Account Managers to ensure every shipment is managed with precision, flexibility, and complete professionalism. No matter how complex the requirement, we provide secure and reliable delivery solutions designed to meet critical deadlines. We support a diverse range of industries, including aerospace, automotive, maritime, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, defense, and entertainment, delivering fully integrated end-to-end logistics services worldwide. Your Role · Grow existing accounts and win new business · Handle urgent customer enquiries and turn them into solutions · Source and negotiate with airlines, suppliers and logistics partners · Manage shipments from enquiry to successful delivery · Build strong customer relationships and develop new opportunities · Work with our global teams on international shipments · Represent Air Partner Cargo at exhibitions, conferences and customer events · Participate in the duty roster and out of office support Your Profile · Air freight forwarding experience is mandatory · Time Critical / aerospace / automotive / pharma experience is a plus · Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills · Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment · Customer-focused, proactive and solution-oriented · Fluent in German and English What we offer Competitive salary plus a genuinely international environment, hybrid working (3 days in our Cologne office) and a job where variety comes as standard.
