This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Ad Accounts Team Lead | Partner Company based in France.

We are looking for a proactive Ad Accounts Team Lead to oversee the preparation, management, and performance of Facebook advertising accounts within a growing iGaming business. In this hands-on leadership role, you will ensure media buyers have reliable accounts that meet operational needs and performance targets. You will monitor account quality, stability, and longevity while identifying ways to reduce disruptions and improve processes. Working closely with media buyers, you will coordinate the team’s activities and respond to changing business requirements. This is an opportunity to take ownership, build efficient systems, and contribute to a fast-paced international environment with room for professional growth. The role is fully remote.

Accountabilities

• Account preparation: Create and prepare Facebook accounts for advertising campaigns.

• Team support: Provide media buyers with accounts according to operational needs, team priorities, and established KPIs.

• Account monitoring: Track account quality, stability, and lifetime to ensure reliable campaign operations.

• Team coordination: Oversee the team’s work, manage workflows, and ensure operational requirements are met.

• Record keeping: Maintain accurate account records, track results, and update statuses in a timely manner.

• Issue analysis: Investigate account bans and other operational issues, identify their causes, and recommend ways to improve account quality and stability.

• Internal collaboration: Work closely with media buyers, communicate effectively, and respond promptly to the team’s needs.
