AI Solution Specialist M/F/X - Stibo DX sucht Machine-Learning Spezialisten! Gehaltsspanne 55000 - 75000 EUR pro Jahr. Verwendete Technologien:AI, Support, JavaScript, Python, UX UI Design. Anforderungen und Ihr Profil: - Experience in data science, applied AI, or product prototyping, ideally with exposure to media or content environments.
- Hands-on experience experimenting with AI models, LLMs, generative AI tools, or open-source AI projects.
- Ability to code and prototype lightweight integrations (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar) to test AI capabilities in real workflows.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design and run experiments, evaluate results, and iterate quickly.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, development, and UX teams.
- Exposure to newsroom operations or content production workflows is a plus.

- Collaborate with product and development teams to transition validated prototypes into scalable solutions.
- Ensure AI implementations align with journalistic best practices, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
- Share findings, demos, and prototypes with stakeholders to inform future AI product initiatives.
