**Responsibilities:**

- Our client is seeking an Assistant F&B Outlet Manager to oversee and ensure the seamless and efficient day-to-day operation of our flagship venue.
- Reporting directly to the F&B Outlet Manager, this role is integral to upholding high standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences while contributing to the company’s financial goals.
- With strong leadership and organizational skills, the successful candidate will oversee a team, work with multiple departments, contribute to budgeting, and ensure the venue’s overall upkeep and functionality.

**Requirements:**

- Proven working experience as an Assistant F&B Outlet Manager or comparable role in high-end restaurants, 5* hotels, or beach clubs.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of reservation or F&B management systems.
- Patience, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset to handle demanding situations.
