Automotive Support Trainer/Training Developer (m/w/d)

Your tasks:
- Design and update technical service training for distributors, OEMs, and dealers
- Align training content with us and the European distributor network
- Continuously improving training methods (classroom and digital)
- Support the daily operations of the Training Center (e.g., room setup, welcoming participants)

Your profile:
- A completed qualification as Master Craftsman (Kfz-Meister), State-Certified Technician (staatlich geprüfter KFZ-Techniker), or equivalent
- Practical experience in diagnostics, repair, and service, from a dealership or workshop environment
- A genuine interest in training and education combined with proven training experience is required
- Business fluent English skills (C1 level or higher)
- Strong self-organization and presentation skills, and a proactive mindset for continuous learning
- A car drivers license is required, and a truck drivers license would be an advantage
