Beschreibung

CTYS is a British-led yacht interior design consultancy based in Hamburg. We specialise in household appliances for superyacht interiors and are looking for a detail-oriented accountant to replace during maternity leave. An extension or permanent position is possible.

**The position can be filled full-time or part-time.** A full-time position also includes database management and occasional logistics support (full training is provided). A part-time position focuses exclusively on accounting.

**Your tasks:**

- Record financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments) in the ERP system
- Reconcile accounts: bank, suppliers, customers
- Monitor receivables and payables
- Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements
- Generate reports and report anomalies
- Keep financial records up-to-date and audit-ready
- Optimize ERP processes
- Database maintenance and occasional logistics support (full-time role)

**Your profile:**

- Education: Accounting, finance, administration or comparable field
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting, ideally in an ERP environment
- Fluent in written and spoken English; Confident handling of international clientele
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, MS Dynamics) and MS Office
- Accurate, organized and independent work
