We are hiring a

**Cardiac Sales Manager UK & Ireland (m/f/d) – Remote, United Kingdom & Ireland**

## Your Strength

- Extensive experience in medical device sales, ideally in the cardiac or cardiovascular field
- Proven track record in team leadership and territory management
- Strategic thinker with excellent commercial and negotiation skills
- Strong network within hospitals, healthcare systems, and KOLs across UK & Ireland
- Solid understanding of procurement processes and tender preparation
- Comfortable providing clinical support and training to healthcare professionals
- Highly self-motivated, hands-on, and results-driven
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively

## Your Contribution

- Lead and manage the UK & Ireland Cardiac Sales team
- Create and execute strategic sales and territory plans
- Develop champions for new technology and identify future growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Take responsibility for direct sales and asset management across the territory
- Identify and prepare for upcoming tenders and contract negotiations
- Provide technical support and product training to hospital staff
- Collaborate closely with the Endovascular Sales team and internal departments
- Attend national and international congresses, meetings, and events
- Maintain accurate reporting on sales performance, forecasts, market trends, and CRM
