Apprenticeship Chemical Technician (m/d/f)

Chemical technicians are right in the middle of the action: they control production plants, monitor chemical processes and ensure that high-quality products are created from raw materials. In doing so, they work practically, responsibly and in a team. Chemical technicians pay attention to quality, safety and environmental protection and intervene when processes need to be adapted or faults have to be rectified. Anyone who finds technology and chemistry exciting and likes to lend a hand will lay the foundation for a secure and varied professional future with this apprenticeship.

Your new everyday life:

• Control and monitoring of machines and systems for chemical production

• Filling of raw materials into containers and start-up of the production facilities

• Carrying out process engineering work such as heating, cooling and drying

• Taking samples to check product quality and keeping log books

• Control of measured values and filling of finished products

• Inspection, maintenance and repair of production facilities

• Participation in the development of process engineering processes and quality control

Your education:

• 3.5 years with the possibility of shortening in our factory in Horhausen (Westerwald)

• Ein bis zwei Tage Berufsschule pro Woche in Neuwied

• Unterricht vor Ort sowie praktische und theoretische Prüfungsvorbereitung

• Seminare in den Grundlagen Elektrotechnik und Metall

• Gute Übernahmechancen

Dein Profil:

• Qualifizierter Abschluss der Mittelschule, Mittlerer Schulabschluss oder Mittlere Reife

Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE) liefert Materialien für die Herstellung von Verbundstoffen in der Elektronik, Luft- und Raumfahrt und anderen Branchen. Darüber hinaus umfasst das Portfolio Vitamine und Nährstoffkomponenten, chemische Zwischenprodukte mit hoher Leistungsfähigkeit sowie Rohstoffe für eine Vielzahl anspruchsvoller Anwendungen.
