# Your responsibilities
- Shape the future: Define and execute a profitable, customer-driven strategy for the plant.
- Lead undamp; inspire: Manage and develop a strong leadership team (8 direct reports) in Sales, Quality, Supply Chain, Technology Innovation (Tundamp;I), Plant Management, Project Management and OSH .
- Drive growth: Strengthen customer relationships and expand business opportunities in a dynamic environment.
- Transform undamp; improve: Lead the plant through change to achieve efficiency, competitiveness, and profitability.
- Collaborate internationally: Work in close cooperation with our plants in Brazil, Hungary, Germany and China, and report directly to the CEO of the Business Unit Springs undamp; Stabilizers.
# Your profile
- Several years of senior leadership experience as CEO, General Manager, or comparable executive role ideally in the automotive or supplier industry.
- Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills and clear customer orientation.
- Proven experience in international management, ideally bridging Mexican and German business environments.
- Deep understanding of the Mexican market and business culture combined with experience in working with German corporate structures.
- Track record in transformation and turnaround situations (profitability, efficiency, change management).
- You have business-fluent Spain and English skills, German a plus.
