Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present food according to recipes and quality standards.
Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Ensure proper preparation and storage of ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
Ensure proper handling and storage of kitchen equipment.
Minimize food wastage and control portion sizes.
Support inventory checks and stock rotation (FIFO).
Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and kitchen procedures.
