Now, we’re looking for you: a *Marketing Expert – Consumer Refill
Business (m/f/d)* to support our Consumer Marketing team at HQ in
Taunusstein. This role is a two-year parental leave cover and a unique
chance to work at the very heart of our core business: our iconic refill
filter cartridges.

*** Your Mission*

This isn’t just about strategy – it’s about making things happen.
Together with the team lead, you’ll take ownership of operationalizing
our consumer strategy and driving the success of our refill business. That
means:

· Bringing our *product portfolio to life* – from packaging design to
certifications and market research.
· Ensuring *smooth portfolio management* and profitability – analyzing,
optimizing, phasing in and phasing out where needed.
· Steering *international product launches and promotions* – planning,
coordinating, and tracking success with local markets.
· Spotting opportunities for *process improvements and new trends*,
turning insights into action.

· Acting as the go-to partner for product-related questions – across
functions, regions, and international sales teams.

*** What You Bring*

· Experience in *marketing and the marketing mix* – ideally in FMCG or
an international B2C environment.
· A completed Master’s degree with a focus on Marketing or Commercial
fields.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
· A proactive, hands-on mindset and the drive to make a real impact.
· Fluent English; German skills (B2).
