### About The Role
We're hiring a CRM Marketing Manager to build and own customer journeys that generate, educate, activate, and retain customers. You’ll begin with a strong focus on lifecycle communication automation and campaign management, alongside ownership of our Help Center. You will prioritize the highest impact conversion stages — over time you’ll open automations for new channels, including LinkedIn and WhatsApp and run a complete customer-facing campaign calendar across channels.
### What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and execute end-to-end CRM journeys - across the customer lifecycle from initial signup to onboarding, engagement, upsell, and churn recovery. Use storytelling, educational content, and social proof to bring UXCam’s value to life through lifecycle communications. Build, segment, and automate journeys using tools like HubSpot and SendGrid.
- Implement and track CRM KPIs - such as email engagement, onboarding completion, feature adoption, and retention - to drive performance and continuously optimize.
- Execute marketing campaigns - including product launches, announcements, content releases and targeted lifecycle campaigns across channels. Over time, you’ll create a complete campaign calendar.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and CS to ensure messages are consistent, timely, and aligned with business goals.
- Own the Help Center experience, ensuring it reflects UXCam’s tone, delivers clarity, and integrates into onboarding and retention flows.
- Be the expert ahead - Keep a pulse on CRM best practices, and experiment with new channels like WhatsApp or LinkedIn messaging when the timing is right.
### What You’ll Need to Succeed at this role
- 2–4 years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email automation (B2B SaaS background preferred).
- Experience with customer engagement platforms like HubSpot, SendGrid, Customer.io, or similar.
- Strong written communicator and natural storyteller with a customer-first mindset. English fluency is a must.
- Comfortable defining and tracking metrics — you're data-driven and results-oriented.
- Organized and proactive; you enjoy owning processes from start to finish.
- Berlin-based, or willing to relocate — we value in-person collaboration and learning.
