- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges quickly.
- Keep documentation accurate and processes optimized.
- Share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement.

- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using n8n/CData, integrating diverse systems via APIs (REST, GraphQL) and webhooks.
### Your skillset
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (MS SQL preferred and PostgreSQL).
- Languages: Strong Python, Bash, familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Tools: Docker, n8n/CData, Ollama
- Familiarity with open source AI models (an advantage)
- Familiarity with software delivery and customer support processes.
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
