The technology and electronics company offers a wide-ranging portfolio that makes mobility safe, exciting, connected, and autonomous. This includes sensor solutions, displays, braking and comfort systems as well as comprehensive expertise in software, architecture platforms, and assistance systems for software-defined vehicles. In the fiscal year 2024 the business areas, which now belong to AUMOVIO, generated sales of 19.6 billion Euro. The company is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany and has about 87.000 employees in more than 100 locations worldwide.
**Job Description**
Main tasks:
- Monitoring of Customs & Foreign Trade processes within the supply chain
- Support in operational import and export processes
- Creation of reports and statistics
- Processing of training materials and presentations
- Maintenance of the intranet presence
- Support in administrative tasks
**Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in International Business, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in customs, foreign trade, and supply chain management.
- Basic understanding of import/export processes and international trade concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, presentations, and data analysis.
- Good command of English (spoken and written); German language skills are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to create and interpret reports and statistics.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a multicultural environment.
