Our office is looking for a skilled Data Entry Specialist to perform a variety of tasks. In this role, you are responsible for scanning documents and typing important information into our database. Our ideal candidate must have a high school diploma and excellent typing skills. You must take the 10 Key typing test before we hire you. It's also a major plus if you are familiar with common business software, such as vendor management and invoicing programs and Microsoft Outlook.
Duties and Responsibilities
Scan documents for digital files
Type information into our database
Maintain an organized file system
Establish organization standards
Perform additional administrative tasks, such as invoicing
