- Help design data pipelines using Go, SQL, and Python.
- Test and optimize sensor communication (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, etc.).
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and real-time use.
- Integrate predictive services into existing systems.
- Prepare data, create features, and label datasets.
- Manage model versioning, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ML techniques.
What You Should Bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, ML, or similar.
- Strong Python skills, experience with Go and SQL.
- Solid understanding of ML algorithms, time series, and predictive analytics.
- Experience independently managing ML projects end-to-end.
- Familiarity with experiment tracking tools (e.g., MLflow) and reproducible research.
- Ability to clearly present complex results.
- Good English skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with large SQL databases.
- Knowledge of IoT, embedded development, and edge computing.
- Hands-on experience with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and sensor integration.
- Understanding of electromagnetic waves in retail environments.
- Experience with real-time ML in production.
- Experience with geospatial data and sensor fusion for precise location tracking.
Your Skills:
- Initiative and ability to lead projects independently.
- Experience across the full ML lifecycle from data to deployment.
- Analytical mindset with passion for exploring complex data.
- Creative problem-solving for retail challenges.
- Team player working well across hardware, software, and QA.
