**Full-Time | Leadership Role | Vibrant Riverfront Location**

**About the Role**
We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Duty Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy craft-beer and tapas venue located on Mackay’s riverfront. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of hospitality operations, driving sales, managing inventory, elevating guest experience, and leading a talented team.
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to step into a leadership role with real impact.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

- Oversee day-to-day venue operations, including cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow sales, enhance guest satisfaction, and streamline operations.
- Manage stock levels, receiving, ordering, and the presentation of products to ensure strong operational flow.
- Lead, mentor, roster, and train your team to build a positive, high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, RSA requirements, and relevant legislation.
- Work closely with owners and senior management to deliver consistent brand standards and service excellence.

**What We’re Looking For**

- Proven experience in a hospitality management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Outstanding customer service focus and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working across all levels of the business.
- Bar and café experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in craft beer and enthusiasm for representing a quality-focused venue.
- Ability to manage inventory, deliveries, and venue presentation with precision and efficiency.
- Under 30 years
