- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues and incidents
- Document CRM processes, workflows, requirements and best practices
- Ensure data quality, security and compliance with GDPR and other regulations
- Stay updated with the latest CRM trends, technologies and best practices
Ihr Profil:
What you`ll need
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field
- 3+ years experience developing and maintaining CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Core skills in customizing Dynamics 365 CRM, .Net, CRM SDK, Javascript, Typescript, Power Apps etc.
- Strong knowledge of CRM functionalities, modules, workflows, business rules, logic apps, plugins, etc.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL etc.
- Knowing the best practices- success by design framework for Dynamics 365
- Experience using Azure services such as Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, etc.
- Experience integrating CRM with other systems and applications using APIs, web services, connectors etc.

- The ability to work with business SMEs, Marketing, Sales, Product, Service for both B2C and B2B to identify business needs and devise technical solutions to address those needs
- The ability to support stakeholders with your deep tool expertise in Use Case Refinement and Delivery Process
