Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our **Regional Operations Business Support Team **in the position of **EMEA Implementation Specialist.**

This position plays a critical role in driving operational system implementations and related process changes across EMEA, actively supporting change management, and contributing to the success of current and future implementations.

**Main Responsibilities: **

- Coordinate and lead operational system implementation projects across EMEA
- Actively engage with stakeholders and operational teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes
- Support investigations, correct system setup, and optimization of functionalities in respective countries
- Ensure operational production processes run efficiently during and after implementation
- Ensure new processes are integrated seamlessly and improve operational efficiency
- Provide on-site presence at key locations to facilitate change management and project success

**What we are looking for: **

- At least 5y experience in logistics operations/finance, ideally experience with order management solutions
- Strong understanding of operational systems and process workflows
- Systems Affinity and good technological and procedural understanding
- Bachelor´s degree in business administration or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently and prioritize critical projects
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to travel across EMEA as required
- Fluent in the English language (German is a plus)
