**Engineering Manager (gn) Dynamics 365 CE / Sales Platform**

Your mission is to elevate engineering excellence, drive CE platform maturity, and deliver reliable, high‑impact CRM solutions that support our global Sales organization. Key Responsibilities

- Provide organizational and disciplinary leadership to a global engineering and consulting team.
- Build a strong CE development and consulting team and foster continuous growth.
- Establish, improve, and manage modern engineering processes across the CE platform.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Management to create solutions with real business impact.
- Participate hands-on in system design, implementation, documentation, and testing.
- Manage and coordinate external service providers, when required.

- Strong experience leading engineers and technical consultants in Microsoft CRM/CE environments.
- Solid understanding of enterprise CRM ecosystems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
- Experience designing and implementing sales processes using CE.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices (SCRUM, Kanban).
- Strong communication skills (English on C-Level), analytical mindset, and a structured, solution-oriented workstyle.
