We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus
Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the
position Executive Assistant (d/f/m)

Your tasks:

- Coordinating the fulfilment of objectives and specific initiatives
and supporting events (e.g. workshops) across the Corporate Strategy,
Performance and Governance team
- Conducting in-depth internal and external research and analysis on
precise business topics to support decision-making by the Head Office
(HO) Corporate Strategy, Performance and Governance team as well as
the leadership team
- Act as liaison between senior leadership and the Change Management
Office (CMO)
- Track transformation targets, deliverables, and follow-ups
- Support internal communication and coordination of change-related
meetings and updates

Your profile:

- Completed studies in the field of business administration, supply
chain/logistics, economics, or a comparable qualification
- Over 4 years of experience in assistance
- More than three years of experience in change management
- More than one year of experience in project management
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Negotiation-level German and English skills
- French is an advantage
