# Executive Housekeeper ## Job Description \*\*Executive Housekeeper Responsibilities:\*\* This new hotel, comprising 222 keys, is preparing for opening, and we are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead this exciting venture from inception. \*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\* - Oversee the complete housekeeping operations for a 222-key hotel from pre-opening through full operational capacity - Develop and implement comprehensive housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards aligned with brand guidelines and guest expectations - Recruit, train, and manage a housekeeping team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement - Establish quality assurance protocols and conduct regular inspections to ensure consistent cleanliness and maintenance standards across all guest rooms and public areas - Manage housekeeping budgets, including labour costs, supplies, and equipment procurement, whilst maintaining cost efficiency - Liaise with other departments (Front Office, Maintenance, Guest Services) to ensure seamless hotel operations and exceptional guest experiences - Implement sustainable and environmentally responsible housekeeping practices - Develop staff scheduling and workload management systems to optimise productivity and team morale - Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment - Handle guest complaints and concerns related to housekeeping services with professionalism and discretion - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations throughout all housekeeping operations - Lead the pre-opening setup, including staff induction, training programs, and operational readiness - Report to senior management on departmental performance, challenges, and recommendations ## Benefits: - **Bonus program:** The better the guests rate their stay, the higher the bonus! - **Make an international career:** Discover a variety of career opportunities in our hotels nationally and internationally, or join one of our numerous new openings. - **Staff discounts:** Benefit from attractive staff rates in all of our hotels throughout Europe and the USA. - **Develop personally and professionally:** With an extensive onboarding, annual trainings and coaching at our One University, you will hit the ground running. - **Celebrate together:** Whether it's a summer party, holiday party or our annual international soccer tournament - we celebrate successes together with the team. ## Qualifications
