* Responsibility for all commercial project related topics and commercial optimization of the project
* Control and monitoring of all commercial resources and agendas in the project (purchasing, project controlling, scheduling)
* Ensuring and being responsible for the content of the timely and qualitatively required project reporting and project cash flow management
* Preparation of budget and forecast - cooperation in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
* Coordination with the project manager for the purpose of achieving the project goals or their optimization





* Successfully completed studies or training in the field of business administration or engineering technology
* Several years of professional experience in handling large projects
* Knowledge of contract law (HGB, BGB, international), costing, KORE and IFRS
* Business fluent in German and English
* High willingness to travel or keen to work on a construction site for a longer period of time (national assignment)
* Proven ability to collaborate with cross functional teams in a matrix environment
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable operating and communicating at all levels within an organization and with customers
