Together, we will build on our company's long history and keep on leading the way to a better world * Overall responsibility for contract and claim management across the entire project lifecycle * Analysis, evaluation, and enforcement of contractual claims, as well as defense against unjustified claims * Identification and assessment of risks and opportunities in contracts, and development of appropriate mitigation measures * Leading and supporting contract negotiations with clients, partners, and suppliers * Advising project management and relevant stakeholders on contractual and claim-related matters * Establishing and further developing processes, methods, and standards in contract and claim management * Completed degree in Business Law, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification * Several years of professional experience in contract and claim management, ideally in a project-driven environment * In-depth knowledge of contract law (e.g., BGB, VOB, FIDIC) and experience with complex contract structures * Strong negotiation skills and confident presence at management level * Analytical thinking skills along with a structured and solution-oriented working style * Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
