- Program Management: Support the execution and optimization of talent development programs
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment of talent initiatives
- Account Management: Act as a Key Account Manager for a specific executive segment, ensuring engagement with HR tools and programs

A convincing background
- Professional qualifications: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Professional experience: Work experience in talent strategy, learning undamp; development or HR technology
- Specific expertise: Familiarity with talent management software and platforms undamp; Experience in working with various stakeholders
- What sets you apart: Strong analytical and relationship-management skills
- Language skills: Fluent in English, German is a plus
