Unser Bereich

Die Abteilung „Mechanische Komponenten" fertigt mechanische Bauteile durch Fräsen, Blechbearbeitung und Kunststofftechnik, fügt Bauteile
durch verschiedene Klebe-, Löt- und Schweißverfahren, lackiert Bauteile und führt Montagetätigkeiten durch.


Ihre Aufgaben

* Durchführung der Vor- und Nachbehandlung von Aluminiumbauteilen in der nasschemischen Fertigung
* Vorbereitung und Aufbau von Baugruppen für den Salzbadlötprozess
* Durchführung des Salzbadlötens von Aluminium-Baugruppen
* Fachgerechtes Ausrichten und Nachbearbeiten gelöteter Baugruppen
* Durchführung, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung regelmäßiger Wartungsarbeiten
* Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Optimierung von Lötanweisungen sowie bei der Entwicklung und Anpassung von Lötvorrichtungen
* Erfassung und Pflege fertigungsrelevanter Daten, insbesondere von Arbeitszeiten und Fertigungsaufwänden, in SAP/MES



Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder in einem vergleichbaren Beruf
* Gute handwerkliche Fähigkeiten sowie ausgeprägtes Geschick bei präzisen Arbeiten
* Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und deren Umsetzung in der Fertigung
* Erste Erfahrungen im Löten von Baugruppen sind von Vorteil
* Selbstständige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
* Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
* Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine sorgfältige und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
