Growth Associate (m/w/d) Hamburg

Plausity is an AI-native due diligence platform for MundA advisors, private equity and VC funds, and corporate development teams, built in Hamburg. As Growth Associate at Plausity you own outbound and pipeline generation end to end from identifying the right advisory firms, funds and corporate MundA teams to getting decision-makers on a call.

What you ll do

• Run outreach across phone, email and LinkedIn; cold call daily and book qualified demos

• Iterate messaging and objection handling fast and turn learnings into scripts, sequences and playbooks

• Work defined ICPs and verticals systematically, track what converts and double down on it

• Partner with the founder on positioning and qualification; feed market insight back to product and marketing

• Help build the outbound playbook the next Growth Associates will run and earn the chance to lead that team

What you bring

• 6+ months in outbound sales, SDR work or a similar high-output role (startup or financial services experience is a plus)

• You have picked up the phone before and are not afraid of rejection

• Fluent English; German is a strong plus

• High ownership: you measure your week in demos booked and qualified pipeline created
