For our prestigious client Airbus Defence and Space at the location Manching you act as Flight Control Design Engineer (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities:
- Preparation of flight dynamics' models
- Linear feedback and command path design
- Non-linear and Care-free handling design
- Unit testing of control law design elements
- Assessment of design solutions in time and frequency domains
- Performance of manned simulations
- Documentation of design solutions
- Documentation of assessment results
- Support to other departments in topics related with flight control laws (e.g. Simulation or flight test)
Your profile:
- Masters Degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable
- Professional experience in engineering, especially in flight control, flight mechanics and control law design
- Experience in Matlab/Simulink
- Some experience in programming (preferably Fortran, C or Python)
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- German knowledge would be a plus
