About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented Generalists for Data Annotation to contribute to a project focused on training and improving next-generation AI systems.

This opportunity centers on image data annotation, requiring accuracy, consistency, and the ability to follow detailed project guidelines. You will label and categorize image datasets, review annotation quality, document decisions, and collaborate with a distributed project team.

Prior experience in AI is not required. Professional expertise, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Annotate and categorize image data accurately according to detailed project guidelines.

• Review and validate annotations for consistency and quality, identifying and correcting discrepancies.

• Provide constructive feedback on annotation processes to support continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with project participants and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve questions.

• Document annotation methodologies and explain the rationale behind labeling decisions.

• Adapt to evolving annotation standards and incorporate feedback into established workflows.

• Complete assigned deliverables within defined project timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in data annotation, particularly image-based projects.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.

• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality annotations.

• Proficiency with annotation tools and platforms used for image datasets.

• Experience working independently on complex projects and meeting defined objectives.

• Ability to adapt to new guidelines, tools, and project requirements.

• Background in computer vision, data analysis, or related fields is an advantage.
