What you can achieve with us: • Perform geotechnical analyses and design for dams, embankments, tunnels, and underground caverns • Plan, supervise, and interpret geotechnical investigation campaigns, defining soil and rock parameters for stability, deformation, seepage, and seismic analyses • Develop and review geotechnical designs for excavation support systems, slope stabilization, underground openings, and foundation treatment works • Provide geotechnical supervision during construction, including monitoring of excavation, ground behavior, support installation, and grouting works • Prepare and review geotechnical design reports, calculation notes, risk assessments, and construction-stage documentation • Produce geotechnical sections, analytical models, and 3D models to support design development and construction decision-making • Support feasibility, tender, and detailed design stages, as well as site supervision for complex dam and underground works What convinces us: • Degree in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical Engineering) or related discipline (M.Sc./Dipl.-Ing.; PhD/Dr.-Ing. is an advantage) • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in geotechnical analysis, design, and construction supervision of dams, tunnels, and underground caverns • Knowledge of 2d and 3d analysis software is a must • Strong expertise in soil and rock mechanics, foundation engineering, excavation stability, and underground support design • Demonstrated experience with numerical and analytical geotechnical modeling, including stability, deformation, and seepage analyses • Experience with 3D geotechnical and underground modeling software is considered a must • Fluency in spoken and written English; international project exposure is a plus • Willingness to undertake international assignments and extended site supervision missions What we have to offer: • 30 days of holiday – Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve are also days off • Subsidy for ‘eurekantine’ – so you can get through the working day feeling fresh and well-fed • JobRad leasing – get to your destination on your dream bike • Employee and refer-a-friend bonus – we share our success with you • We support your personal and professional development • Company-wide summer party & local Christmas parties • Together we stand for our values – reliability, open communication, trust, health, and genuine appreciation Your contact personAs an international company, we value diversity and welcome applicants regardless of age, gender, sexual identity, physical or mental abilities, cultural, social, or ethnic background, religion, or worldview.
