Elettronica GmbH (ELT) is a medium-sized company of Elettronica Group, which has been enabling the German Armed Forces for electronic warfare for over 40 years. ELT develops defense technology solutions and offers services for the German Armed Forces, European armed forces and industrial customers. Our core competences include in particular the development of radar/EW test/simulation systems, the integration of sensors in military and security environments, as well as the production of EW systems for the Eurofighter and NH90 helicopters of the German Navy.

GLOBAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER IN RADAR/EW TEST & EVALUATION AND TRAINING (M/F/D)

Your area of responsibility:

* Managing the actual pipeline; demand generation; account development
* Monitoring of market requirements, competition landscape and stakeholders as input to the product roadmap
* Technical advice towards customers and sales partners
* Value propositions and bid management in collaboration with the Engineering department

* Experience in Engineering or as Technical Sales Manager of RF/µW knowledge (Radar/EW is a preferred skill)
* Build the network and relationships; team-working within ELT and with the ELT ecosystem and partners; sales attitude
